And those followed by hand techniques, foot techniques, stance, posture, body shifting, others.

HAND TECHNIQUES

UCHI-WAZA
Uraken Uchi, Tettsui Uchi, Haishu Uchi, Shuto Uchi, Haito Uchi,
Teishou Uchi, Empi Uchi (forward) (upward) (sideward) (backward), etc...

KAKE-WAZA

UKE-WAZA
Age Uke, Soto Uke, Uchi Uke, Gedan Barai, Syutou Uke, Morote Uke, Juji Uke, Kakiwake Uke, etc..

Uke can be UchiUke(Hit), NagashiUke(Sweep), KakeUke(Hook).


FOOT TECHNIQUES

KERI-WAZA

Mae Geri, Yoko Kekomi, Yoko Keage, Mawashi Geri, Ushiro Geri .


STANCE
Zenkutsu Dachi (Front Stance), Kokutsu Dachi (Back Stance), Kiba Dachi, Hangetsu Dachi, Nekoashi Dachi, Sanchin Dachi.

Practice Tips

one person resist to another person's technique line so the one can figure out which muscle been used.

Final goal is even short distance and any position still can creat enough power for technique. For training start from low stance, long distance and big action
