My jacket and my wife's shoes were stolen. This is so sad feeling
that someone can do this kind of things. It just sadness here.
If the person living so hard day by day won't do this kind of things
because that person know real pain of sadness. I hope whoever did this
learn the real meaning of own life soon.

sniper shot 11 people.It is not good time but I went
to gun shooting range with my co-worker today.
It was my first time to shoot the gun.
It was quite strong experience.
Well gun is weapon to kill but human is the one use it.

For kata like Niju-shiho(24step) and Bassai-dai, also kanku-sho
have arm lock or circler motion of arm technique. Sensei said instead
of waiting for opponent to move the one's arm I have to move to make it work.
Also sensei describe about double punch. Usually for first punch opponent tight the
own body to hold that punch but many time after first punch opponent release the muscle
the immediatery deliver the second punch.

about, and I can see the mountain behind the lake. I get power of nature here.
If I feel down I will go there to get power. The lake is my sanctuary.

I got X-ray, Blood taken and I got shot to my hip !! Ouch !!!. However nurse did

My running course have city street, bike root side of river and lake.
At lake I can see the mountain far away. I see many kind of birds, and sometimes fish jumping.
I do kata at this place. I feel the sun, moon, star, winds, cloud, water, tree, mountain, birds, fish,

I see the nature around me and I do kata with them, They do Kata with me.
Guess what I found in Chinese supermarket today... I found red wine with jinsen (kourai-ninjin)
in it !
I wonder how is taste like.

I went to check Compusa, etc for if I can find replacement.
At each store I went there are person try to talk to me (they are not store employ).
I was holding broken part and they all start like : what that? Oh its from E xxxxxx ha?
(wao! how come they know its from e xxxxxx !! Yes it is !!!)
and they said this part is not here... and they will ask whats problem? I said its make noise.
and they advised me that take fan parts out and clean up. Well three people told me same.. so
I went home and I did clean up... sure noise is gone !!! wao
All I can say is I love computer node guys!! You are wonderful.
